A Honeytrunk Show or jewelry making party can be scheduled one to three months in advance. Our parties are typically held in the host's home or location of their choice.

How many people should I invite?
For an intimate event at home, a good number of guests to invite is 6-12 serious shoppers. This keeps the vibe fun and the focus on introducing the jewelry. Please plan on 30% of your guests canceling, this is a good opportunity to over invite (for example, invite 15-25 guests). For an event at a larger space, we prefer to keep stay in the range of 25-45 guests.

Is there a Hosting Fee?
No. In fact, as a host you will receive a
FREE GIFT, as thank you. There are additional discounts for the host as well.

What if I need to reschedule?
Please pick a date you feel VERY good about and know will work well. As we schedule many of our events well in advance, 2-3 weeks prior notice is highly recommended and appreciated if you should need to reschedule.

What do I need to do?
Once the date is set, we can create an Evite for your event. You should provide us with all the details for your invitation at least 2 weeks prior. All invited guests will be sent a notice via email of your upcoming event. This will later serve us in keeping track of RSVPs for those who can attend. It's that easy!

What kind of set-up do I need?
The more surface space you have in one room, the better (i.e. large dining room table, etc.)
If your space is small, and you need your tabletops to use for light munchies and beverages, no problem. We can provide our own table setup.

Will everyone need to be on-time?
Preferably yes, because we often take a few moments at the beginning of each party to make introductions and answer any questions your guests may have. The rest of the time can be spent allowing your guests enjoy each others company and try on jewelry.
